These terms are drafted in French. Translations may be provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the French version shall prevail.

These Terms of Service (“ToS”) set out the terms and conditions under which the website https://directfiles.link (the “Site”), published by Brandonn – Sole Proprietor, provides a file upload, temporary storage and sharing service.

Accessing and using the Site implies full acceptance of these ToS.

The Site and its elements (code, graphics, logos) are protected by the French IP Code and remain the exclusive property of the publisher.
